Want a challenging workout with like-minded people? Our small-group classes are intense, fun, and challenging. We keep our groups small so each individual gets personalized mobility and fitness training instruction. All of the movements are adaptable to a variety of fitness levels, letting everyone participate and inspire each other.

A combination of mobility training, personalized exercise plans, and nutrition recommendations will have you reaching and surpassing your personal goals.

All of our training programs include personalized mobility instructions to combat the effects of our "sit down" world. Our unique approach of including mobility and "prehab" training in to workouts will help you reclaim your lost mobility and movement patterns.
KIDS CLASSES




A Healthy Start
Are you homeschooling this year and need a way for your kids to get P.E. credits? Or are you looking for a way to help you kids get their daily dose of movement?
Classes are open to elementary-aged children (K-6) and are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Participants will learn about nutrition, proper movement patterns, mobility, agility, speed, balance, corrective exercise, and fitness.
Classes are limited to 4 kids per session or sessions of all siblings from the same household.

OUR MISSION
Mobility, Fitness, Health
In a fitness world full of empty promises, magic pills, and shortcuts we understand there is more to a workout than sweating. If your body has aches and pains, or you can't move like you used to, combining mobility training with strength training will help unlock the restrictions of tight and imbalanced muscles. Only then can your body fully fire up the intended muscles to perform the movements you are asking it to perform. We believe the best assessable measure of one's fitness is availability. If we cannot move without pain we are not available.



KIDS FITNESS CLASSES
Homeschooling this year and need a way for your kids to get some P.E. credit?
Or a way to help your kids get their daily dose of movement?
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, Weight Loss Specialist, retired P.E. Teacher, and current Health and Wellness Specialty Teacher for a local elementary school, I've developed programs for schools to introduce P.E. programs as well as enhance their fitness and sports curriculum. I now run a privately-owned gym.
We are re-opening kids classes for the 2020-2021 school year. For only $25.00 a month "all" elementary-school aged children in your household can train with a certified Fitness and Sports Coach 3 times a week for each month during the school year.
Each month the classes will include lessons on nutrition, fitness training, proper movement, mobility, agility, speed, balance, and corrective exercise.
Our classes run every half hour at the top of the hour to give us a chance to deep clean and disenfect after each session. We use medical-grade disinfectant sprays and cleaners.
We are limiting our group training to 4 kids per session or sessions of all siblings from the same household.
Classes will be held at 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
